    No you can't, It's a piece of fan work and is free. If I sold it it would be, essentially, taking credit for someone else s work, in this case the BBC. But you can still download and use the picture personally if you want. :)

    I've looked everywhere for a wallpaper of David Tennant as the Doctor that honored both him and the show this well. THANK YOU, DW! This is the best on the net bar none.
